Our story

From systems to intelligence.

Sustyne was founded in 2011 by Sanjay Jain as an enterprise IT consulting practice. Across more than two decades in the field, Sanjay has architected and delivered supply-chain and Oracle E-Business Suite systems for global organizations, among them Tata, TCS, Fujitsu, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, Starbucks, and GE.

That track record is the point. Years of designing, building, and running real systems is what lets us bring AI in responsibly, knowing where it belongs, what it costs to operate, and how to make it trustworthy.

Today the company runs as two complementary practices: the established IT consulting that has been Sustyne's foundation since 2011, and an AI engineering arm, led by Arnav Jain, shipping LLM-powered products into production.

Sanjay Jain

Founder & Managing Principal · IT Consulting

Sanjay founded Sustyne in 2011 and has led enterprise IT consulting for over 25 years. An Oracle E-Business Suite architect specializing in supply-chain applications, he has delivered implementations for organizations including Tata, TCS, Fujitsu, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, Starbucks, and GE. He is PMP- and CPIM-certified, holds a B.S. in Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from UMass Amherst (Isenberg), and is currently a PhD researcher at Ghent University.

Arnav Jain

AI Engineering

Arnav leads Sustyne's AI engineering practice. A data science graduate student at the University of Virginia, he builds production AI and ML systems, currently as a software engineer on Heartbeat and Junoon, and as founder and developer of Everytouch. His background spans data engineering at Xylem, application support at Citi, and machine learning research at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
